Format: Lateral flow membrane strips (dipsticks), 100 strips/kit, sealed in 2 desiccated, reclosable plastic tubes; also includes all disposables needed to run the tests


Matrix: BG - bulk grain; LS - leaf and seed tissue


LOD (Limit of Detection):

• AQ 014 BG - 0.5% (1 positive kernel in 200) for a visual read.
  - Quantification then enabled using the QuickScan System.
• AS 014 BG - 0.5% (1 in 200)
• AS 014 LS - presence or absence only in leaf and single seed tissue
