Analyte class: Cry1F expressed in genetically modified corn grain, leaf tissue, and single seed; or genetically modified cotton leaf tissue and single seed samples

Detects: Cry1F protein at levels typically expressed in Herculex™ and Genuity™ SmartStax™ corn grain, leaf tissue, and single seed, and also detects Cry1F as expressed in WIDESTRIKE® cotton leaf tissue and single seed samples

Format: Lateral flow membrane strips (dipsticks), 100 strips/kit, sealed in 2 desiccated, reclosable plastic canisters; also includes all disposables needed to run the tests

Matrix: BG - Corn bulk grain; LS - Corn or cotton leaf and single seed tissue; (for cottonseed bulk testing, use AS 016 AP)

LOD (Limit of Detection):

AQ 016 BG - 0.5% (1 positive kernel in 200) for a visual read.
