Detects: Cry34Ab1 protein at levels typically expressed in HERCULEX™ RW and Genuity™ SmartStax™ varieties of corn grain, leaf and single seed


Format: Lateral flow membrane strips (dipsticks), 100 strips/kit, sealed in 2 desiccated, reclosable plastic canisters; also includes all disposables needed to run the tests

Matrix: BG - bulk grain; LS - leaf and seed tissue

LOD (Limit of Detection):

• AQ 054 BG - 0.5% (1 positive kernel in 200) for a visual read.
  - Quantification then enabled using the QuickScan System.
• AS 054 BG - 0.5% (1 in 200)
• AS 054 LS - presence or absence only in leaf or single seed tissue

Reagents: Extraction Buffer (provided) for leaf & seed. None required for bulk grain (tap water Common Extraction).

Results In: 5 minutes or less
