Matrix: BG - bulk grain; LT - leaf tissue

LOD (Limit of Detection):

AQ 037 BG - 1% (1 positive kernel in 100) for a visual read.
- Quantification then enabled using the QuickScan System.
AS 037 BG - 0.75% (1 in 150)
AS 037 LT - presence or absence only in leaf tissue

Reagents: Extraction Buffer (provided) for leaf tissue kit. None required for bulk grain kit (tap water Common Extraction).

Results In: 5 minutes or less
