Format: Lateral flow membrane strips, 100 strips/kit, sealed in two desiccated, reclosable plastic tubes; also includes all disposables needed to run the tests

Matrix: BG - bulk grain; LS - leaf & seed

LOD (Limit of Detection):
Bulk grain - 0.25% (1 positive kernel in 400)
Leaf & Seed - presence or absence

Reagents: Extraction Buffer (provided) for LS kit. None required for BG kit (tap water Common Extraction).

Results In: 5 minutes or less
