QSS Update 3.2.2-1 For AQ-113 BG Test Kits

This QuickScan Select update is valid only for Ochratoxin Test Kits. It applies the nomenclature “< LOD” for test results that fall below the kit’s limit of detection. Without this update, results that fall below the limit of detection will appear as “< LOQ.”

There are two ways to install this update, depending on whether or not your QuickScan PC has an active Internet connection.

Option 1 - QuickScan Select Program Instructions – if your QuickScan PC has internet service, use the following instructions:

Open the QuickScan program by double-clicking the QuickScan icon on the desktop.
Click the “Set Up” button on the Main screen.
Select the “Download” tab.
Click the “Download” button. The program will automatically download the update.
Click the “Install” button to install the update. QuickScan will automatically install the update and restart the program. This will complete the update.

Option 2 – Download and manually install the Update – if your QuickScan PC does not have internet service, you will need to download the QSS Update 3.2.2-1.zip file onto a flash drive using a PC with Internet service, then install it on the QuickScan PC by following these instructions:

Click the red Download QSS Update 3.2.2-1 button below.
When the File Download window appears, click “Save” – this will save the QSS Update 3.2.2-1.zip file to the flash drive.
Connect the flash drive into a USB port in the QuickScan PC.
Right-click the “QSS Update 3.2.2-1.zip” file and select “Extract All…” Use the Extraction Wizard to unzip the folder.
You will see a Cassettes.zip file and an upload.bat file. Note: DO NOT upzip the “Cassettes.zip” file.
Click the “upload.bat” file. The window will give a brief flash.
Open the QuickScan program by double-clicking the QuickScan icon on the desktop. This will complete the update.
