LOD (Limit of Detection):

• AQ 003 BG - 0.8% (1 positive kernel in 125) for a visual read.
  - Quantification then enabled using the QuickScan System.
• AS 003 BG - 0.8% (1 positive kernel in 125)
• AS 003 LS - presence or absence only in leaf and single seed tissue

Reagents: BG - None required (tap water Common Extraction); LS - Extraction Buffer (provided)
