Envirologix: Putting Science to the Test

Lateral Flow Devices

All of our diagnostic test kits are based on immunoassay platforms, which allow for rapid, sensitive and economic screening of large numbers of samples in markets previously constrained by high cost and slow turn-around time.

Rare reagents and antibodies used in our test kits are produced on-site in our hybridoma lab, allowing us to develop and test new diagnostics quickly and efficiently. We manufacture all test kits on-site in our 32,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, so we are able to monitor the quality control process from initial test development right through to final delivery.

QuickStix™, QuickComb™ and QuickTox™
These rapid field tests designed for qualitative analysis are dipped directly into the sample extract and the results - easily seen as bright, clear lines - are determined in 2-5 minutes without any special reagent preparation.

QuickStix™, QuickStix Combo™
Our original lateral flow membrane strip designed for rapid detection of single or multiple genetic markers.

QuickTox™
Provides a qualitative screen for the presence of mycotoxins in grain, or for mold and mycotoxins in indoor air quality, eliminating the need for more time-consuming methods.

QuickComb™
A simple, all-in-one device gives you the fastest, easiest way to test for up to six traits in one simple tap water extraction.

ComboComb™
For high volume testing, provides eight strips of multiple trait strips for very efficient seed lot testing and monitoring.

For quantitation, an ELISA plate test or other confirmation should be used.

See How Immunoassays Work for further information on the tests themselves as well as interpretation and documentation of results.

Packaging

All EnviroLogix QuickStix/QuickTox strips are packed in moisture-proof polyethylene containers or foil pouches to protect the effectiveness of the reagents and antibodies. Each assay is shipped in a convenient kit box for easy storage and identification, with lot numbers and expiration dates indicated on the box label.

Storage

QuickStix/QuickTox kits should be stored at room temperature, or refrigerated for a longer shelf life. The kit may be used in field applications, however, prolonged exposure to high temperatures may adversely affect the test results.
