Envirologix: Putting Science to the Test
Microwell Plates
All of our diagnostic test kits are based on immunoassay platforms, which allow for rapid, sensitive and economic screening of large numbers of samples in markets previously constrained by high cost and slow turn-around time.
Rare reagents and antibodies used in our test kits are produced on-site in our hybridoma lab, allowing us to develop and test new diagnostics quickly and efficiently. We manufacture all test kits on-site in our 32,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, so we are able to monitor the quality control process from initial test development right through to final delivery.
ELISA
Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA) diagnostics are ideal for low-cost, high-volume, quantitative requirements. ELISA tests are highly sensitive, and many can be run simultaneously in a laboratory. Typically, customers run 44 paired samples on a plate, with 4 paired controls (standards). Each kit includes the required reagents and standards, and the typical run time for the assay is 90-120 minutes.
QuantiPlate™
Results are quantified with the use of calibrators and the creation of a standard curve.
QualiPlate™
Quailtative results with either a rapid or high sensitivity protocol. Some assays can be read visually. Single and multiple analyte plates save time and money.

Packaging
All EnviroLogix plate kits are packed in moisture-proof sealed foil containers to protect the effectiveness of the reagents and antibodies. Each assay is shipped in a convenient kit box for easy storage and identification, with lot numbers and expiration dates indicated on the box label.
Storage
Plate kits generally have a shelf life of one year from the date of manufacture. The plates should be stored at 4 – 8° C or 38 – 45° F in their original pouches with the desiccants supplied. They should never be frozen.
