Detects: CP4 EPSPS protein at the levels typically expressed in Roundup Ready® corn seed, leaf and bulk grain (and soy leaf). Detects the CP4 EPSPS contained in YieldGard VT, Genuity VT, and SmartStax varieties as well.

Format: Lateral flow membrane strips (dipsticks), 100 strips/kit, sealed in 2 desiccated, reclosable plastic tubes; also includes all disposables.

Matrix: BG - bulk corn grain; LS - leaf and seed tissue

LOD (Limit of Detection):

AQ 010 BG - 0.5% (1 positive kernel in 200) for a visual read.
- Quantification then enabled using the QuickScan System.
AS 010 BG - 0.5% (1 in 200)
AS 010 LS - presence or absence only in leaf and single seed tissue
