Assay Range:
This is a semi-quantitative screening assay, designed to compare samples against a negative control, a low concentration residue standard and a high concentration residue standard.
For wine samples:

* low standard = 10 ppb endosulfan and 20 ppb DDT
* high standard = 100 ppb endosulfan and 200 ppb DDT
For dried fruit samples:

* low standard = 0.5 ppm dicofol, 0.1 ppm DDT and 0.05 ppm dieldrin
* high standard = 5.0 ppm dicofol, 1.0 ppm DDT and 0.50 ppm dieldrin
