Detects: Cry3B protein at the levels typically expressed in YieldGard® Rootworm corn seed, leaf and bulk grain. Detects the Cry3B protein contained in YieldGard Plus, YieldGard VT, Genuity™ VT, and SmartStax™ varieties as well.
Format: Lateral flow membrane strips (dipsticks), 100 strips/kit, sealed in 2 desiccated, reclosable plastic canisters; also includes all disposables needed for testing
Matrix: BG - bulk grain; LS - leaf and seed tissue
LOD (Limit of Detection):
- AQ 015 BG - 0.5% (1 positive kernel in 200) for a visual read.
- Quantification then enabled using the QuickScan System. - AS 015 BG - 0.5% (1 in 200)
- AS 015 LS - presence or absence only in leaf and single seed tissue
Reagents: BG - None required (tap water Common Extraction); LS - Extraction Buffer (provided)
