QuickComb™ Kit for QuickScan - Corn Bulk Grain - AQ 036 TC
Meeting the requirements of grain customers in global markets has challenged the grain industry to find new ways to efficiently determine and track the GM status of grain exports. We have responded with a simple and fast method to enable grain handlers to implement the changing regulations impacting the export of biotech grain.
With one simple Common Extraction™ method, testers can simultaneously test for multiple genetic traits instead of preparing a separate extract for each trait. Simply grind the kernels, extract the sample using tap water, drop in a QuickComb, and read the results.
QuickCombs are custom assembled to your requirements—any combination of any of the approved corn events can be provided.
QuickCombs provide easily understood visual “yes/no” results within 2-5 minutes, and can also be read with the
QuickScan System if quantitative results are desired.
