Detects: Cry3B protein at the levels typically expressed in YieldGard® Rootworm corn seed, leaf and bulk grain. Detects the Cry3B protein contained in the stacked YieldGard Plus and YieldGard VT as well.


Format: Lateral flow membrane strips (dipsticks), 100 strips/kit, sealed in 2 desiccated, reclosable plastic canisters; also includes 100 disposable extraction tubes (LS) or reaction vials (BG).


Matrix: Plant tissue, seed, bulk grain


LOD (Limit of Detection): 1 in 200 for bulk grain; presence or absence in leaf tissue and single seed


Reagents: Buffer (provided) for leaf testing only.
