This adventitious presence test kit is intended for seed quality determination by corn breeders, cotton seed producers, and bulk grain corn handlers.
Detects: event MON87411
Sample: crude extract of corn bulk grain, no DNA purification needed.
LOD (Limit of Detection): 1 positive seed in a pool of 200.
Results In: 10 minute assay.
Format: 8 well strips read on the AmpliFire™ portable reader.

Analyte Class: Detects the genetic event MON87411 that contains the dvsnf7 gene in corn.
