Our own Ben Weaver and Jamie Welch will be giving a presentation on May 24 in Findlay, Ohio, at the Wheat Testing Protocols & Standards seminar hosted by the Ohio AgriBusiness Association.

Along with presentations from the USDA, FGIS, and NGFA, Jamie and Ben’s focus will be on obtaining and processing samples for wheat quality testing.  The critical importance of ensuring that a sample is representative of the entire lot, as well as grinding samples properly, will be illustrated.
