Click the QuickScan Select Software Upgrade link in the red box below.
When the File Download window appears, click "Open" if you are accessing the link with your QuickScan computer – this will install the software on the current computer.
Or, click "Save" if you are accessing the link on a non-QuickScan computer – this will save the zipped file to the desktop, designated folder, or jump/thumb drive, to be transferred to the QuickScan computer.
BEFORE CONTINUING, PLEASE NOTE: Whether downloading and installing directly, or saving to install later, the Software Key and Scanner must be connected to the QuickScan computer when installing.
During installation, you may see a window confirming if you would like to install – choose "Okay"
Older versions of QuickScan software are replaced – no need to uninstall previous versions
Double-click "QuickScan.zip" if not already open, then double-click "QuickScan.msi"

Notes:
- Make sure the QuickScan Software Key and Scanner are connected to PC before installing
- After installing, confirm that there is only one QuickScan icon on the desktop
- Under Set Up, confirm that the Field Separator is set to comma (,)
- Run a CheckComb, entering a Sample ID such as "test", to confirm results have been saved in the DataLog.
